Helmet Detection and Number Plate Recognition Using Machine Learning

The continuous mobilization of vehicles has led to a surge in the number road accidents across world. To get better at this, government is trying focus on safest and most preventive measures traffic. practice direct observation found be time taking lot human effort needed. So, our main idea introduce helmet license plate detection mech- anism. This project attempts implement process through few machine-learning algorithms by using predefined libraries. system notices person with/without thereby imposing fines detected candi- date’s plate. Further, this research work concludes that automatic identification helmets can overcome challenges faced manual data collection process. Moreover, assumed that, col- lection, algorithm help track use promote its active people ensure safety.
